How to Use

1. Prepare: Gather the top front part of your hair up and away from your ears. Take 2 lifting adhesive tapes (patches). Do not remove the backing yet.
2. Attach Bands: Insert the metal barb of adjustable elastic band A (with knots) into the top hole from the adhesive side of one tape. Repeat with another tape and elastic band B (with hook).
3. Position & Apply: Before removing the backing, pinpoint the desired position on your skin in front of your ears (not on hair). Once positioned, remove the entire backing (one tape at a time) without touching the adhesive and firmly press the tape onto your skin. Rub with fingers for 30 seconds to ensure proper adhesion. Repeat for both sides.
4. Connect & Secure: Pull the elastic bands from both sides together. Place the hook from band B around one of the knots on band A.
5. Final Adjustments: Gently move the connected elastic band up or down behind your head/neck as needed to achieve your desired lifting effect and comfort level.
